Most of meal prep is just waiting — rice boils, chicken roasts, sauce simmers.
Sunday Chef's Cue player works out the smartest, fastest order to cook everything at once — so you knock out a whole week of meals without the all-day grind.
* Based on the cook plan shown above.
I prepped 4 days of meals in 1.5 hours.
Sounds fake, right? r/MealPrepSunday thought so too.

Reddit was skeptical

So I posted the whole session

60 seconds on what Sunday Chef does
I'm not a chef. I've never cooked professionally.
No culinary school, no line-cook years — just someone who wanted to eat well without giving up every evening.
That 1.5-hour session wasn't skill. It was Cue: it works out the smartest order to cook everything, then talks you through each step, timed to the moment. No memorizing recipes, no juggling five sets of instructions.
If you can follow a voice, you can cook like this too.
Hit your macros without the daily logging.
Forget logging every meal, one food at a time. Build your week in Sunday Chef and it totals your calories and macros for every day — so you plan to your targets once and stop tracking.
Calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber. Per day. Per recipe. Per cook plan.

Cook seamlessly — without memorizing or flipping through recipes.
Cue coaches you through every step out loud — what to do, in what order, timed to the moment. You never have to remember the recipes, work out the sequence, or watch the clock. Just listen and cook.

Cook any recipe you find — without retyping it.
Paste a link. Sunday Chef turns it into a Cook Plan.

Recipes from creators you actually follow.
Sunday Chef pulls recipes from Instagram cooks and structures them into Cook Plans for Cue. Every recipe credits the original creator with a link back to the post.

I built this to get my time back.
I'm a high achiever — I pour a lot into my work, and I wanted my health to match. But I never had hours to spend planning meals, learning new recipes, and flipping between five sets of instructions in the kitchen. I kept hitting the same wall.
Boring chicken, brown rice, and broccoli — sustainable for about two weeks. Flexible dieting was better, but I'd either make the same five dishes on repeat or fall down the rabbit hole of saving recipes and learning new techniques. Both took over the evenings I didn't have.
So I built this for myself. Import any recipe in seconds. Build a meal plan that hits your macros automatically. Get a single grocery list. Then cook everything in parallel — no flipping between instructions, audio coaches you through every step. Two hours on Sunday and the week is done — about five hours back every week.
If it gives thousands of other people their time back the way it gave me mine, then building it was worth every hour.
Questions.
How does pricing work?
Right now Sunday Chef is completely free and unlimited — no card, no limits. Down the road, Pro will be $10/month or $60/year (6 months free on annual) for unlimited everything, and we'll give you plenty of notice before anything changes.
How do you actually cook 5 dishes in 1.5 hours?
By cooking in parallel: the longest hands-off waits start first, and every wait gets filled with prep. I wrote up the full method from my r/MealPrepSunday post, including the exact 5-dish session and my gear list. Read the method →
Will it work on my phone?
Yes. Get the iPhone app on the App Store, the Android app on Google Play, or use it right in your mobile browser. Your account and Cook Plans stay in sync everywhere.
Can I bring my own recipes?
Paste a link from Instagram, TikTok, or a recipe website and Sunday Chef turns it into a recipe you can cook with Cue. It needs the ingredients and steps in the caption or on the page.
What if I didn't prep?
Rescue mode shows the healthiest picks at 20+ chains (Chipotle, Sweetgreen, Cava, Subway, and more). Open the app, search the chain, see the best 3 picks. The one cooking app that has your back when you didn't prep.
