Storage
Pour into a Ninja Creami pint (staying below the max fill line) or a shallow freezer-safe container and freeze until solid.
When ready to eat
Ninja Creami method: Spin on the Lite Ice Cream cycle. If powdery, add a dash of water or milk and re-spin once or twice. Shallow-container method: Freeze for 2 to 4 hours, stirring once or twice during freezing to minimise ice crystals; serve while softly frozen. If frozen solid, let sit at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, break into chunks, and briefly blend to restore a creamy texture. Top with coconut flakes if desired.
