A high-protein, low-calorie pistachio gelato made in a Ninja Creami — creamy texture with no protein powder or pudding mix required.

7m- 1. Blend pistachio base5m30 g pistachio · 100 g cottage cheese · 250 ml low fat milk · 1 tsp vanilla extract · 10 g natural sweetener · 1 salt

Storage
Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 12–24 hours before processing.
When ready to eat
Remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit on the bench for 3–5 minutes. Run the base of the container under warm water for 20 seconds, then process on the Lite Ice Cream setting. Scrape the sides, pad down with a spoon, and if desired, create a hole in the centre for mix-ins and spin on the Mix-In setting.
