A dairy-free, protein-packed frozen treat blending espresso, honey, and vanilla protein powder — made in a Ninja Creami with a coconut milk or almond milk base.

5m- 1. Blend ice cream base5m1 can light coconut milk · 2 shot espresso · 0.33 cup dairy-free vanilla protein powder · 2 tbsp honey · 0.5 tsp salt
Storage
Pour the blended base into the Ninja Creami container and freeze overnight (or at least 8 hours) until fully solid before processing.
When ready to eat
After the final respin, drizzle with honey and flaky salt, and optionally pour a shot of espresso over the top before serving.
