5m- 1. Blend ice cream base5m400 g fat free high protein milk · 42 g monk fruit sweetener · 1 shot espresso · 1 tsp vanilla bean paste · 1 pinch salt · 1 g xanthan gum
Storage
Freeze the blended base for at least 16 hours before spinning. Store any leftover spun ice cream in the pint container in the freezer.
When ready to eat
Run the pint under hot water for at least 60 seconds to loosen. Spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting. If very powdery, run a Respin cycle. Make a hole down to the bottom with a butter knife, fill with the Oreo Thins pieces, then run the Mix-in cycle.
