Storage
Divide the kits evenly into 2 meal prep containers and freeze overnight until solid.
When ready to eat
Take one kit from the freezer and microwave for 15 seconds to loosen it from the container. In a pot over high heat, add half the beef bone broth and drop in 1 frozen soup kit, stirring continuously and letting it boil for 3–4 minutes. Crack in one egg, season with salt to taste, cover with a lid for 1 more minute, and enjoy.
